Saturday, July 26, 2025, 6.00pm to 9.00pm PDT
Join the Cambridge Alumni of Los Angeles for a special evening where we will enjoy a picnic and free performance of Shakespeare's Loves Labors Lost at Griffith Park on Saturday, July 26. We will meet 6:00pm for a picnic before the performance starts at 7:00pm.
You can find our group by looking out for the Cambridge flag. There will be a space for our group.
Feel free to bring picnic food and drinks (non-alcoholic), blankets or low seat beach chairs with legs lower than 3 inches! We will be sitting in the lower area closest to the stage is reserved for those with picnic blankets. The performance site this season is the Old Zoo in Griffith Park. The performance is at the dell, just up the hill from the usual spot on the main lawn.
Ample free parking is available. Look for the hot pink signs directing you to the parking lots near the Merry-Go-Round. Parking lot 2 is the closest to the performance site but be prepared for a bit of a walk up a hill.
Pre-show Picnic: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Performance: 7:00pm
You can find more information about the performance and what to expect on the night on the Independent Shakespeare Company website.
We look forward to seeing you all for a memorable evening of theater, food, and merriment!
