Richard K. Roeder

Mr. Richard K. Roeder is a senior advisor to Vance Street Capital, a private equity firm he helped found that acquires business in the medical, life sciences, and aerospace and defense sectors. He is also the managing members of Cherry Hill Investments, a private investment firm. Previously, he cofounded and served as managing partner of Aurora Capital Group, an investment firm. Before cofounding Aurora, he was a partner in the law firm Paul Hastings. He holds an undergraduate degree from Amherst College and a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and he matriculated at St. John’s College, Cambridge in 1973 to read comparative law.
