Richard K. Roeder

Richard K. Roeder is a managing partner at Vance Street Capital, a private firm that invests in middle market companies in the aerospace, defense and medical sectors. Mr. Roeder previously was a senior partner at Paul Hastings LLP and a founding partner of Aurora Capital Group. He holds a BA from Amherst College and a JD from the University of California, Berkeley, and he matriculated at St. John’s College, Cambridge in 1973, to read comparative law.
