Daniel Dippold (Christ College, 2018) is the Founder and CEO of EWOR, one of Europe’s most selective fellowship for outlier founders, investing €500,000 per fellow with an acceptance rate below 0.1%. He has an academic background in mathematics, computer science, and entrepreneurship, having studied at Cambridge, ETH Zurich, and the University of St. Gallen. In his early twenties, Daniel sold his first venture and has since built companies valued at over €200 million. As Co-Founder and ex-CTO of New Now Group, he closed clients such as Deutsche Bank, Postbank, E.ON, Philips, and Wella to fine-tune algorithms post-deployment. He also founded and scaled Sigma Squared Society e.V., the world’s largest community of entrepreneurs under 26, active in more than 30 countries with 200 global directors. Many of its members have gone on to become unicorn founders. As an angel investor, Daniel has backed around 50 startups, many first-check-in, with a unicorn ($1bn) hit rate of roughly 14%.

With 9+ years in M&A integration, venture ops, and org design, he’s advised on $14B+ in deals and led talent strategy across high-growth startups and $12B global platforms. As a fractional exec and board advisor, he supports early-stage teams with scalable org design, people analytics, and GTM alignment. Alex leads the Oxford Entrepreneurs Network mentorship program and has worked with 7+ CEOs backed by Standard Industries, Eldridge, BCG, and top-tier private equity.
