Join the Oxford and Cambridge Society of Philadelphia for a book launch with Dr. Andrew Brown who will discuss his new book "Bound by Muscle: Biological Science, Humanism, and the Lives of A. V. Hill and Otto Meyerhof." 

The event is free, while drinks are available at the cash bar. Dr. Brown has chronicled Twentieth Century science at Cambridge through his biographies of James Chadwick, J.D. Bernal and now A.V. Hill.
