Vancouver - Potluck Picnic

We'll be holding a potluck picnic and BBQ on the Victoria Day stat holiday at Maple Grove park. We've reserved the picnic area in the south-west corner of the park and board member Marc DeAsis has kindly offered to bring a small portable grill. We're pretty sure we will need a second grill so please let us know if you have one you could lend us for the day. Even if you don't plan on attending we'll be happy to arrange pickup and drop-off.

If you would like to come, please RSVP via the link below. We've also created a Google Sheets form for us to coordinate what people will be bringing. Anyone with the link should be able to edit the spreadsheet but if you're having difficulties please reply to this email and we can add you to the list.

We'll be bringing paper plates, napkins and cutlery for all attending. However, if you have any other non-food items that you think would make the day more enjoyable please let us know. We have a few picnic tables included as part of our reservation but bringing lawn chairs, blankets and even extra tables is probably a good idea if you have them.
